MIXOLO-TEA
ABOUT THE PRODUCT
Mixolo-tea, in the current world of social distancing and reduced contact, is our solution for contactless preparation of drinks, particularly to serve bubble tea. With a mix of viscous solids, fluids, and powders, bubble tea presents a unique set of challenges to solve in automated food creation.
Fully customizable drinks can be created from a simple web app, allowing users to select their tea, toppings, ice level, and sweetness. The machine then prepares the drink as directed and serves it within 5 minutes.
ABOUT THE TEAM
We are three Mechatronics Engineering students from the University of Waterloo. Our final year project is to build a bubble tea bartender that automates the entire bubble tea making process. We want to create a more efficient and enjoyable experience for all bubble tea lovers.
